The voices calling for banks to create a 360-degree view of the customer and to build products and services from the customer's point of view are becoming ever louder. This requirement of a customer-centered overall bank strategy is a completely correct approach. But what do these formulations mean for the practical work of sales, marketing, consulting and service employees? And which strategies are currently being used in the institutes. We address these and other questions at our two-day conference Next Generation Customer, which will put the banking customers of today and tomorrow in the focus of the presentations and discussions.

On November 7th and 8th, experts on sales, marketing, customer experience and communication will outline the latest developments in these areas. Based on practical examples, you as a participant gain exciting insights into the work of colleagues from other institutes.
