BankVic Collaborates with Newgen to Deliver Transformed Member Experiences

Newgen Software, a global provider of AI-enabled digital transformation platform, announced that BankVic—an Australian mutual bank—serving police, emergency, and health workers selected the NewgenONE platform to streamline its day-to-day operations and offer superior member experiences.

Leveraging the AI-enabled, low-code platform—NewgenONE—the member-owned bank centralised its enterprise-wide workflows. The integrated platform enabled the bank to expand its operations while:
