Aspire Leaderboard 2020 Key Findings

Our 2020 Leaderboard update is now live in which we have evaluated more than twenty CCM vendors. In this article, I’d like to provide a few key trends and observations that struck us during the evaluations, and give some recommendations for enterprise professionals, services providers, and tech companies for the year ahead.
