We recently caught up with Aspire’s newly appointed GM for North & South America, Mia PapanicolaouFind out about what excites her about CCM right now, a snapshot of her professional journey so far, and her role at Aspire. 

Q -Tell us a little about your role at Aspire & your professional journey to date

A. As GM I’m tasked with expanding our reach in North and South America, bringing our thought leadership and consulting to a wider audience. 

I started out as a technology journalist and moved into the world of email marketing, digital document delivery and then CCM, providing consulting throughout my career in communications. My move to Aspire feels like the natural next step and I’m excited for this chapter with such a wonderful team. 

Q - What excites you about CCM right now?

A. CCM is ever evolving and expanding. We’ve moved from a narrow definition of CCM to a broader view as the importance of managing customer communications beyond marketing grows. Communication is the lifeblood of the relationship between companies and their customers and as users’ needs change and technology advances, CCM will be an ever more critical cog in the messaging space. 

Q - What are you looking forward to at Aspire in the coming months?

A. Aspire is such an admired brand and I’m so looking forward to working with and learning from the team and of course consulting to companies as they expand their digital transformation capabilities in the CCM space.
